Family
Business
We are a small family run business, who have owned and rented
housing in and around Durham for 15 years. Our tenants can
always contact myself personally should the need ever arise;
we are not a corporate agency and value all our tenants greatly.
Choice
We
have a wide variety of properties, from town houses in and
around the city centre, to bungalows in quieter suburban areas.
As a result, we have property to meet a variety of needs,
whilst all our houses meet high standards for both quality
and value for money. We currently have a choice of 23 properties
ranging from one bed flats to 5 bed houses.

Contracts
The contracts run under assured short-hold tenancy agreements
for a minimum of 6 months, although other interests are welcome.

Student
Lets
Most
undergraduates taking multiple occupancy properties (4-5 beds)
in the city or on the fringe have signed contracts in January
or at the latest, early February. We always have one property
available in May as a new purchase so any late comers will
find a home. Post Graduates tend to enquire about two bed
lets 1 to 2 miles out of the city from March till the start
of the academic year. This area of business is particularly
busy as many of the two bed lets are offered to none students.
Non-
Student Lets
These
are available all year round and tend to be 2 bet houses.
Maintenance
Before
we let a property it is fully checked and any minor repairs
carried out. However, in the unlikely event a problem should
arise in your tenancy, I can be contacted at all times.

Professional
Bodies
We
are members of the Residential Landlords Association, who
set standards for rented accommodation.

Student lets are generally closer to Durham City and are operated
under HMO guidelines through Durham City Council.

We
have worked with Dunelm Student Accommodations for 15 years,
helping all ages and ranges of students find suitable accommodation.
